What you will be doing

Your contacts include the engineers, (technical) project managers, chief executives and the planning department. As the central point in the planning process, you process all progress in the project planning. This in turn contributes to how the resource allocation and possible path is determined.
This role in brief:
Communication
You liaise with all stakeholders, both internal and external.
Retrieve
You proactively retrieve the necessary information to create accurate reports.
Processing
Processing the data into the project's planning processes.
Maintain
You maintain and, where necessary, improve templates.
Analyse
Periodically, you analyse updates in the planning, and provide accurate nudges to other stakeholders.

Salary
€ 3400 - € 4700 based on full-time employment.

Who you are

With a background and experiences within a project organisation, you look forward to taking the step of working on large and long-term projects. With your knowledge and skills, you will help bring these projects to a streamlined, successful end.
This requires:

• MBO+ / HBO working and thinking level;
• Experience within a project organisation;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Projects (or you would like to learn this);
• Availability of 40 hours per week;
• Your cooperation in applying for a special V.O.G.
