Intern Innovation Lab - Nijmegen

As an intern, you will be part of the Planon Innovation Lab, a small, diverse team with various specializations under one roof. Here, we focus on software/hardware solutions that have the potential to make significant advancements in the markets where Planon is active.

Within the Planon Innovation Lab, we experiment with new technologies to make buildings (more) SMART. A Planon application contains a lot of information about our customers' buildings. This includes information about the building itself, the spaces within a building, the people, and the connected installations. Based on this information, our software controls various processes for building management, sustainability, maintenance, energy usage, and more. These processes can become even more efficient and extensive with the help of new technologies (IoT, AI, etc.). The Innovation Lab conducts theoretical and practical research on these technologies, either independently or in collaboration with colleagues, partners, and students.

You meet the following criteria:

• You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Informatics, Mechatronics, Marketing/communication, Business Administration or Facility Management.
• You have an affinity and interest in the latest technologies like IoT, AI, and AR.
• You are proficient in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• You have a proactive attitude and are socially engaged in the team
