For FoodforCare, location we are looking for hospitable toppers with a heart for care!

At least six times a day, the nutrition assistant visits patients with dishes. You are part of the recovery process, as you advise and provide the meal that best suits the patient's recovery.

As a at , you therefore have important tasks and responsibilities. You come into contact with different departments in the hospital, where patients are admitted for the most diverse reasons. In addition, you are responsible for a well-organized department.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Voedingsassistent B voorzie je patiënten van de juiste gerechten en dranken. Je adviseert de patiënten bij hun drank- en menukeuze en geeft uitleg over het concept FoodforCare. Verder informeer je patiënten over de ingrediënten in gerechten en dranken. Ook voer je voorbereidende werkzaamheden uit, zoals het klaarmaken van karren, samenstellen van de verschillende maaltijdcomponenten en het verwarmen van gerechten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een goed georganiseerde afdelingskeuken en -voorraad en correcte patiënt-verbruikregistraties. Daarnaast coach en begeleid je (nieuwe) collega's op de werkvloer.

• A wide range of internal training courses.

We are looking for someone who:

• Affinity with care and hospitality.
• Has a minimum MBO work and thinking level.
• Has skills to deal with difficult categories of patients (such as oncology, neurology, etc.).
• Has an advisory capacity to inspire patients to start eating.
• Has a guest-oriented attitude; you are well-groomed and presentable.
• Is involved with your colleagues and the departments to provide the best care together.
• Can be used flexibly, also on weekends.
• Is willing to follow specific training courses (food safety, dietetics, product knowledge, hospitality, etc).
