Do you like technology, customer contact and working in a department where every day is different? Then you are in the right place at our After Sales / Service department. In the role of Spare Parts Coordinator you will work on the most diverse customer questions regarding machine parts. Will this be your new workplace?

Your challenge as a Spare Parts Coordinator
As our new Spare Parts Coordinator you know how to answer customer questions in the right way and make sure they get a suitable offer. With the help of your technical knowledge and experience you know exactly what the customer needs in the field of Spare Parts and what we can offer. You prepare quotations and process this data in our ERP system. In addition to customer contact, you also have contact with various departments, such as engineering, purchasing, logistics and with your colleagues at our head office in America. Who are we?

Job requirements

Your background as a Spare Parts Coordinator

• A administrative education with demonstrable technical affinity;
• You are customer and service oriented and have excellent communication skills;
• A very good knowledge of the Dutch, English and German language.
